Are tokens real money?
No. All tokens and points in TokenBet are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services, crypto-assets, or real-world rewards of any kind.
Is TokenBet gambling?
No. TokenBet does not offer real-money betting, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, or redeemable rewards. It is an entertainment prediction game using virtual tokens only.
Who can use TokenBet?
TokenBet is intended for users aged 18 and over, unless a higher minimum age applies in your location.
How do predictions work?
Browse open events, make your prediction before the closing time, and earn tokens if your prediction is correct. Results are determined by official sources.
I lost my tokens after an update. What happened?
Occasionally, updates may require a data refresh. If you believe your tokens were lost incorrectly, contact us at support@tokenbet.app and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app Settings, or by submitting a request on our Account Deletion page.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts created to gain an unfair advantage may be banned.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try restarting the app, checking for updates in the App Store, or reinstalling. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
How do I report a bug or wrong prediction result?
Email us at support@tokenbet.app with a description of the issue. For wrong results, include the event name and date.
