TokenBet is a free sports prediction game. All tokens and points are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services, or any real-world benefit. No real money betting, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or gambling are offered.

1. About TokenBet
TokenBet is a sports prediction game where users use virtual tokens to make predictions on sports-related events and may earn additional virtual tokens when predictions are correct. All tokens, points, balances, rankings, and in-app achievements are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, goods, services, crypto-assets, or any real-world benefit.
TokenBet is not a gambling app, betting platform, daily fantasy sports product, lottery, casino, financial product, investment service, or real-money gaming service. Participation does not involve deposits, withdrawals, stakes with cash value, or real-world financial risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TokenBet, unless a higher minimum age applies in your location. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.
3. User Responsibilities
By using TokenBet, you agree to:
Use the app only for its intended, lawful purpose
Not attempt to manipulate predictions, leaderboards, or game outcomes
Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app
Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app's systems

4. Virtual Tokens & Points
Important: Tokens and points in TokenBet are purely virtual. They hold no cash value, cannot be purchased for real money unless expressly stated as non-redeemable entertainment content, cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other platforms, sold, traded, or redeemed for any real-world benefit. Any attempt to sell, trade, or exchange tokens outside the app is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove tokens and points at any time without notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or technical corrections.
5. App Rules & Fair Play
Predictions must be submitted before the designated closing time.
Outcomes are determined by official sources and our editorial team
In the event of disputes, TokenBet's decision is final
We reserve the right to void or adjust any prediction in cases of error or extraordinary circumstances
6. Intellectual Property
All content within TokenBet — including the app design, graphics, logos, and underlying technology — is owned by TokenBet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
TokenBet is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, any app store, sports league, team, event organiser, or broadcaster unless expressly stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
TokenBet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Any interruption or errors in app availability
Loss of virtual tokens or progress due to technical issues
Decisions made based on information presented in the app
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
Violate any of these Terms of Use
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour
Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the app
Upon termination, all virtual tokens and progress associated with your account will be forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
